Just right after a traumatizing experience (for my baby) at the hospital, we really thought that this stay-cation is a much needed one. And true, we had a relaxing stay at this place.
I utilized the long weekend by having a 1 day vacation leave for Aug 20. I would really suggest if possible to make your stay 3 nights and 4 days.
My review on the place.
Location-wise, Serin West is best because it is very near Serin Mall Tagaytay. It is also just beside the Lourdes Church. Amenity-wise, we were more than satisfied with our room. Clean, very good ambiance, with balcony viewing the mall and Taal Lake, with good WiFi and internet, with Netflix & YouTube on the 40 inch screen TV, and with complete cooking utensils.
On the first day, we bought our raw food at a nearby Waltermart. We also bought take-out food from some fast food restaurant. And on the following day, we just eat, sing and sleep. On the third day, we did a little sight seeing – going to the nearby Lourdes Church.
Overall, this is the best stay we had in a Stay-cation style of travel. We do consider not only the room amenity, but also we consider accessibility to stores and shops. And this place – Serin West Residence – have these.
